Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.

• If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the check-in time, no refund will be processed.

Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

• Please ensure that your cancellation request is acknowledged by our reservations team to initiate the refund process.
